St Laurence’s OSKAR Fundraising Event 2nd December 2023
Roll out the Red Carpet – The Stars are coming to St Laurence’s!!!
On December 2nd , St. Laurence’s GAA will hold a “St. Laurence’s Oskars” fundraiser in our Community Complex.
During the months of October and November, over 80 volunteer actors will rehearse and film their acting roles in 7 well known films and will be coached and mentored by Kevin Rowe Events to ensure a really professional Oskars event. The movies will be made in various locations in the community, adding to a real local spin to the event. The actors will be supported by a full behind the scenes team of club volunteers and we will screen those films in front of an audience of 550 on the night of the Oskars ceremony on December 2nd .
